  22. and will be non-commissionable.  Broadcast time accepted
  23. under this Agreement is pre-emptible, without notice.

  30. Each Party to this Agreement shall render to the other a

  35. Buyer agrees that his purchase, and if permitted by this
  36. contract, resale or assignment of the rights to broadcast
  37. time purchased under this contract, is subject to the
  38. station's right to pre-empt such time when the station
  39. determines, in its absolute discretion, that each
  40. pre-emption is necessary in order to fulfill its obligations
  41. as a licensee under the Communications Act of 1934, as
  42. amended;  perform promises as to public service or
  43. non-commercial broadcasting in accordance with undertakings
  44. made by the station to Federal Communications Commission;
  45. or substitute broadcast matter of National or Local
  46. importance in the public interest.  The station further
  47. reserves the right to pre-empt time purchased under this
  48. contract for any other reason, in its absolute discretion.

  59. Buyer agrees that any time re-sold or assigned by it to
  60. advertisers, if permitted in this contract, will be resold:
  61.  
  62.    (a)  On terms prohibiting further sale or assignment of
  63.         the time, and
  64.  
  65.    (b)   Only after written notification to such advertisers
  66.          that all sponsors, products or advertising copy
  67.          submitted for broadcast by the station are subject
  68.          to approval or rejection by the station, in its
  69.          absolute discretion, and advertising time may be
  70.          pre-empted when the station determines, in its
  71.          absolute discretion, that such pre-emption is
  72.          necessary.
